Once you book an appointment, you will receive an appointment status of “pending.” Please understand we rarely decline appointment requests. If approved, you will receive an appointment reminder about 5 days prior to your scheduled time. Please confirm or cancel your appointment if you can/cant make it. We will reach out to unconfirmed appointments as you are holding a spot for another potential client wanting to book. Please be courteous of others wanting to book. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled.

We allow a 24 hour window to reschedule. Within 24 hours of your appointment, no modifications are allowed and you will be charged the full service price you booked for. 

We understand life happens, and for this reason we allow a 10 minute grace period. You must be seated and ready to go within that time frame. Please remember to wash and sanitize your hands prior to your service. No arrival past 10 minutes may result in cancellation of your appointment and considered a no-show. 

No-shows are required to pay the full service booked for, prior to rescheduling. No-shows may also result in a permanent ban from the salon. Please respect our time like we do yours.

We accept Cash or Card. Full service fees must be paid in full at the time of service.

Confirm your appointment, be on time, be mindful of parking, wash your hand and have a general idea of your desired set and design.

We have a very strict policy regarding damaged nails. If you arrive with a crack in your nail, fungus, a nail disease or disorder, bitten nails, and/or damaged nail beds you will need to be rescheduled. If you are unsure of the quality of your nails, please contact the salon. Working over damaged nails is something we do not take lightly. We are licensed nail professionals and the health of your nails is very important to us. 

We do not work over another nail technician's work for insurance and liability purposes. Please come bare, otherwise we will happilly remove them but you will be required to pay the additional removal fees.
