Policies

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or don't arrive for your appointment, a fee of 50% of your scheduled service price will be charged to the card on file. By booking, you agree to this policy. If you have an emergency, please contact us at (509) 418-2869 and we'll review it case by case.

Gift cards never expire and never have fees. Use them for services and tips. If your remaining balance is under $5, we'll pay it out in cash if you ask. Please treat gift cards like cash: we can't replace lost or stolen physical cards, and e-gift cards can be resent to the original email. Gift cards can't be returned for cash, except as required by law.

Free promotional vouchers, given with qualifying gift card purchases, in salon or online as Vagaro e-gift cards (online vouchers are sent electronically, labeled Promotional). Use them starting Jan 2, 2027 on any service of $50 or more, one voucher per visit. They never expire, have no fees, and aren't sold. Can't be exchanged for cash except as required by law.

We accept card (through Vagaro), Venmo, cash and Glaze gift cards.
